Hereford-based energy brokers Utility Helpline has been crowned the West Midlands Regional Consultancy of the Year at Energy Live News’ prestigious TELCA Awards Show in London last week. The team picked up the prize and celebrated long into the night at a lively awards show that attracted more than 600 third-party intermediaries (TPIs), brokers, consultants and suppliers from across the UK. Utility Helpline’s Energy Manager, Richard Bonelle said: “We are delighted to have been recognised with this regional award, especially in a part of the country with so many excellent TPIs. We were also incredibly pleased to be shortlisted for the national Energy Consultancy of the Year award and although we missed out this year, I know that we will make an even stronger bid for 2018. “On behalf of the whole team, I would like to thank Energy Live News and all the attendees for making the awards night one to remember.” The awards panel, made up of energy experts from a variety of different sectors judged the award based on the quality of customer service, growth, innovation, knowledge of the market and trust.
